She has also led and managed charity partnerships and volunteering initiatives across Asia, and has worked with C-Suite Executives and Global teams on topics such as corporate sustainability and charity partnerships, recruitment, benefits, policy & HR frameworks, organization development and talent management. She has been involved in various volunteering and fundraising initiatives, with charities and non-profit organizations, since 2020.
